The Registrar’s Office would like to remind students of the following deadlines:

The last day to withdraw from full-semester and second-quarter classes is Thursday, November 15.  Completed forms are due in the Registrar’s Office by 5 pm and must include the following signatures: instructor, faculty advisor, and class dean.

The deadline for submission of leave of absence applications for Spring 2008 is Friday, November 30.  All completed applications are due in the Registrar’s Office by 5 pm that day.
