The Registrar’s Office would like to remind students of the following deadlines:
The last day to withdraw from full-semester and second-quarter classes is Thursday, November 19.  Completed forms are due in the Registrar’s Office by 5 pm and must include the following signatures: instructor, faculty advisor, and class dean.
